Billy No Mates Tincture – Natural Flea & Tick Repellent
Billy No Mates! is a really effective, natural Flea, Tick and Mite Repellent for dogs and cats. Simply added to your pet’s food or treat. And while repelling ‘passengers’, Billy No Mates! is great for skin and coat condition.
Please use 1 ml per 10kg bodyweight. The product can take up to 6 weeks to become totally effective, so please start using BNM from early March onwards – although it can be used throughout the year. To ensure it’s efficacy, please give a short break before restarting.
So Far So Good
Following advice from Sarah (F&J), I bought BNM in conjunction with DeNeem powder to rid my dogs of fleas (never had an issue with them before but they seem rife this year) & I didn't want to continue putting chemicals on them. The tincture has a slight medicinal smell, but my 3 Bulldogs seem to like it. Using a medicine measuring spoon (to get the correct dose), I've been applying this daily over the last 3 weeks to their evening meal & they've scoffed it down! I have noticed a reduction in fleas, although I am not sure if this is as result of BNM alone or using with DeNeem powder (hence 4 stars instead of 5). However, I am going to continue to use this as the bullies like it, it's natural and it does appear to be working.
Billy No Mates
I have no trouble getting my fur baby to take the liquid in his food.So far it’s doing the job. Total value for money too. Win win for me. Frank & Jellys are fantastic to deal with, so helpful and delivery very good too and well packed.
Only just started giving this, Lara still covered by alternative method. BnM is very easy to measure out and mix into food although it does have a very strong smell this did not bother Lara at all and she has woofed her breakfast down every day. Although too early to say I've no doubt this will be a great deterrent.
One of the best you can buy
I have been using this now for around 2-3 months and I wish I would have tried it before. It is simple to use, the dogs dont mind it and its doing exactly what it should be. This and the Verm X are the perfect natural choice and I will always use this.
Great alternative to chemical treatments
This is a great alternative to chemical treatments! I just add a little to his food each day, been using it for months now and so far we haven’t had any unwelcome guests
Happy Daisy bulldog
We are doing really well with both items …..Lottie is not a girl who likes change but so far so good. One happy Mum and no chemicals its a winner for me ….thanks so much for being so helpful with your live chats love them x x
Happy not to have to use chemicals anymore!
Easy to use and I only need a little with two bulldogs. Dogs are happy to eat but I mixed it in well with their food
Billy No Mates
Great product seems to keep bugs away, find it does not last long between four digs
So far so good
I started Harley on billy no mates about 2 months ago. It has a very strong smell, kind of like ***** medicine, so I have to mix it with either egg or milk so that he will take it but this is no issue really. I haven’t used a chemical flea treatment for over 3 months now and I am happy to say no fleas as yet. I am glad I found a natural alternative to the nasty chemical treatments...so far so good 👍
My boy is allergic to traditional flea and tick chemicals, so we had to give this a go. Not only does it work just as well so far as the chemical treatment, this works out waaayy cheaper too. So what's not to like!?
Billy No Mates
Was skeptical wether this would stop my Bichon-yorkie Jasper scratching and nibbling . So far so good the scratching and nibbling has now ceased it is lovely to see him settled and because it is natural I have no worries that it will effect his meds
Billy no mates
Easy to use, 5ml each for my boys in their dinner everyday. I think it has quite a strong smell but they like it so all good. Takes a while to work so will keep using and hope it does as it should.
Not for us
I was keen to go natural with flea treatment for my border collie and 2 cats. The Billy no mates liquid has a strong smell and I was dubious that any of them would eat it but after initial caution they all did. Cats were fine with it but my previously relaxed dog was constantly biting and scratching all evening. Having persevered for 4 weeks I have to accept that my dog seems to have some kind of reaction to it and now doesn't want to eat his food with this in it so it's a thumbs down from us.
Have to wait and see...
Having started BNM for Reggie in Feb and not being season of the little nasties we are unable to see if this is effective or not. What I can advise on the product is that my boy who is so fussy and hates change has no problem at all with this in he’s food. Is raw fed so I tend to mix it in with offal or veggies. Fingers crossed all be fine come critter season
Billy no Mates
So I’ve been testing the Billy no Mates with my boys the past few weeks. I can’t confirm if it’s working yet as it’s still a bit early in the season but wanted to get it in their system. Both dogs are eating it in their food and as it’s only 1ml per 10kg of body weight it’s lasting a while. So far so good from all of us.
